American Addiction Centers: Helping To Fix You Since 2007

Whenever a company has been around for over a decade, they are clearly doing something right. They have the right man in charge (Michael Cartwright) and the right team surrounding him. He is the chairman and the co-founder of the AAC (American Addiction Centers).

The company has been around since 2007, and they have done a lot of positive things during that period of time. They have saved a lot of lives during that stretch. It is not hyperbole to say a lot of people would not be here today if not for the AAC and their work with the many addictions that people fall into these days.

The thing to always remember with addicts is the fact they are trying their hardest to beat this. Many people think they are not trying, especially with the addiction known as AUD (alcohol use disorder).

They are busting their butt to get over this and live a life without alcohol in it. If people were to interview them and really get to know them, most of them would admit they don’t like the way they are living.

However, as with most things in life, they have fallen into a pattern of bad behavior. Once someone falls into that pattern, it can be very, very hard to break out of it. It is why they need to go to an AAC treatment center when their drinking is out of hand. Read more: American Addiction Centers | Crunchbase and American Addiction Centers Reviews | Glassdoor

The relapsing is the hardest part for the addict. They really think they have defeated it, but it has come back with a vengeance in many cases. The relapsing is so hard on them, and it takes such a toll. They thought they were finally over it, but it has reared its ugly head once again.

It does a number to their self-esteem because they felt like they were in the clear. When they have to start all over, it can be devastating for them. However, the AAC is going to be right in their corner through every twist and turn they are on with their addiction.

They speak from experience on the subject. The Chairman had dealt with addiction issues in his past. Some of the people working there are even recovering addicts. It is a big happy family there where they love to see someone succeed and soar.

For them, when someone is able to put addiction behind them, they feel like they are winning as well. They are fully devoted to their clients/patients. It is that hands-on approach that separates them from other treatment centers.

They don’t really consider anyone else competition, though, because as long as someone is getting help, they are happy and looking forward to their positive results.
